Powastation was set up in October 2009. Its parent company, Reeves Green Partners Ltd. is a marketing and communications agency, successfully established for 25 years.

As well as operating as a dedicated electric bike showroom, they also cover any warranty claims or servicing as and when it is required, performing the vast majority of work in house.

Other than simply being a shop front and service centre, they aim to promote the wider ideals of electric bikes and sustainable travel. From their PR background, they have strong connections with corporate clients and the sustainable travel market. They are members of Smarter Travel Leicester and the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

Their current corporate/public sector clients include East Staffordshire Borough Council, who purchased a bike for a community warden and have been quoted for a further fleet of 11 e-bikes. They also have a locally based special police officer looking at securing e-bikes for use on his patrols of local villages.
